The company was formed in 2005 by Dr. Ralph Sinn. As a psychotherapist working with adults to form the constructive mindset, Dr. Sinn took notice of the requests of parents seeking ways to teach the principles of the constructive mindset to children. Dr. Sinn combined his love of the game of soccer with the principles of the constructive mindset and developed the board game FC Strategy®. He also founded Edmonton Emoti-Games Ltd. as the vehicle to produce the game.
Since then, Dr. Sinn has written the book Put Your Potatoes on the Desktop. The book introduces and develops the concept of the constructive mindset in a practical way, and highlights practical contrasts to the destructive mindset. People have found the material in the book to be understandable and insightful; the book is making Dr. Sinn’s concepts more widely available rather than remaining merely within the consultation room.
The company is pleased to be based in the region of the great and beautiful city of Edmonton, Canada.
